Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
Q. IS MY ONLINE ORDER SECURE?
When you make an online purchase by credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL webpage. Your information is then encrypted using SSL and sent directly to our payment provider's network, where your card and the transaction are authorized. Your bank details are not stored on our servers.
Q. HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right, at any time after receiving the order, to accept or refuse it, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, even after receiving order confirmation or credit card authorization. If the credit card has already been authorized and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Any cancellation made after an order has been validated will incur a cancellation fee of $0.50, regardless of the time elapsed (even a second), because our payment/credit card provider charges us a fee for each cancellation.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. Once your order has shipped, we will email you your tracking information the following day, as it is usually available 24 hours after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs services.
Q. CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES FOR THE SAME ORDER?
Promotional and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Q. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, having an account with us has certain advantages:
a fast payment process,
the ability to easily view the status and history of your orders, and
receiving information about our new products and special promotions.
