WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?

If your order includes multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one receives them fastest. Similarly, if an item is popular and temporarily out of stock, we may ship your items separately in different packages to avoid delaying your order and ensure it arrives as quickly as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from one of our many national and international warehouses, and we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated delivery time of 1 to 5 weeks for the United States (depending on the product). For other countries, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 6 weeks (depending on the product) due to distance and customs processing. Please note that due to high demand for our offers, these delivery times are estimates only.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS STUCK OR LOST IN THE POST OFFICE?

All our orders are shipped with insurance. If an order is held up in customs, returned, or lost in transit, we sincerely apologize. Postal services are beyond our control. However, in such cases, thanks to package insurance, we will send you a replacement package with faster delivery and full tracking, if possible. CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES ARE

-ARE THEY MY RESPONSIBILITY? The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes and are in US dollars. You may therefore have to pay customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees may be levied upon arrival of your order at its destination, according to the procedures defined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs services.
